LATEST NEWS – 2018

ANNUAL BALL 2018 –  This year our ball theme is the Madhatters Teaparty, dress to the theme if you wish but as usual its Back Tie.  This year we have the return of Dave Seed, last years DJ from the UK. We also have a very special treat this year, The Mosaics entertaining us, this band opened the main stage at the Jersey Weekender.

FAMILY FIRST LAUNCH– this new support service will officially launch on May 10th but Cheryl Dolbel has spent the past couple of months working extremely hard to get everything in place. The service aims to provide families with a contact who can help guide and direct and support families whilst their child is receiving medical treatment off island. Money raised from this years Swimarathon and our Around Island Challenge will fund this role for at least another year

LION’S SWIMARATHON– we are one of the charities to benefit from the swimarathon this year, and this money will go towards funding Family First. It takes place between 14th-18th March at Les Quennevais, and we have team swimming on the Saturday and another on the Sunday.

HARMONY MEN-the harmony men will be performing on Wednesday 21st March at 8 pm at St Martins Methodist church. Tickets available on the door, and proceeds will go to the charity.

WHITE COLLAR BOXING-Saturday 19th May. Adam from Jersey Party Booth is boxing and raising money for the charity- see the Jersey Party Booth Facebook page for details.

JERSEY ROUND ISLAND CHALLENGE– this year the event takes place on Saturday 14th July, and teams are invited to enter for the swimming/ SUP or running events. Please visit the Jersey round Island Challenge Facebook page for more details.

ANNUAL BALL– our ball is taking place on Saturday 18th November 2018 at the Royal Yacht Hotel – keep an eye out for more details.
