The 164 mile challenge took place for the month of February and we had a record number of participants this year, with over 1,000 people walking, jogging, running and even swimming to reach their target.
Throughout February we are challenging you, or a team of 2-6, to walk, run or jog the distance from Jersey Hospital to Southampton Hospital, a total of 164 miles, to raise money for The Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation which exists to support Jersey families in need of medical treatment home or abroad.
Would your little one like to take part in our Easter Drawing Competition? Competition entrants must draw a picture to represent what family means to them. If you would like to download a copy of the entry form please click on the button on the news post.
The Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation is delighted to share the incredible success of their inaugural February walking challenge, the Jersey to Southampton Hospital Challenge, and also to celebrate the achievements of every person, organisation and school that took part.
The Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation is proud to be celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2021. As part of these celebrations we are excited to launch the Jersey to Southampton Hospital Challenge, which will take place virtually across February!
Firstly, I hope that you and those close to you are safe and well. As the Chairman of the Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation, I wanted to let you know that we will be doing everything we can to help local sick children while in the middle of this Covid-19 pandemic.
